About Heritage Park
Heritage Park is Oconee County's 364-acre park of woods and creeks on Highway 441 in Farmington, bordered by the Apalachee River, about seven miles south of downtown Watkinsville. It has horse and mountain bike trails, a big open-air arena and a feeder barn for agricultural shows and rodeos, and a restored 1900s schoolhouse.

Measured on real sidewalks, paths and streets at an easy 3 mph, to the nearest place you can actually get onto the park. A creek, fence or highway in the way counts against a home, so straight-line distance isn’t used.
Homes this close to Heritage Park don’t come up often. Tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll let you know the moment one lists, often before it hits the big sites.
Measured at an easy 10 mph on trails, bike lanes and streets posted 30 mph or less, to the nearest place you can get onto the park. Rides cross busier roads but never ride along them, so a home on a quiet street can count while one across town on a highway won’t.
