SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by Georgia Move Realty, Inc. ("Georgia Move Realty," "we," "us," or "our"), a real estate team brokered by HomeSmart Realty, to people who have agreed to receive them. By opting in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The program

Program name: Georgia Move Realty Text Messages.

When you opt in, you may receive text messages from Georgia Move Realty about:

• Responses to your questions and requests, such as a home valuation, a guide or a net sheet
• Scheduling showings, listing appointments, inspections and closings
• Updates about a home you're buying or selling with us
• New listings, open houses, price changes and local market updates
• Occasional marketing and promotional messages, such as events and seller or buyer resources

Signing up

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the text message consent box on one of our website forms, by signing up through one of our text message sign-up forms, or by texting us a keyword we publish for that purpose. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Georgia Move Realty at the number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property or service. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder for the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission.

Message frequency & costs

Message frequency varies based on your activity and interests, such as an active home search or sale. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Georgia Move Realty doesn't charge for text messages.

Opting out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOP ALL. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again.

Carriers

Text messages are available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and mobile service, and isn't guaranteed.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please see our Privacy Policy, including the text messages section, for how we collect and use your information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.

Other terms

• We may change or end the text message program, or change these terms, at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
• If you change or cancel your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number first, or let us know, so messages aren't sent to the new owner of the number.
• Text messages are for convenience and aren't a substitute for your written real estate agreements, contracts or official notices.
