Our team and brokerage. Georgia Move Realty agents and staff, and our brokerage, HomeSmart Realty, as needed to serve you and meet brokerage requirements.
Service providers. Companies that help us operate, such as our CRM (Follow Up Boss), website hosting, email, and phone/text messaging providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
Parties to your transaction. With your knowledge, professionals involved in your purchase or sale — for example, lenders, closing attorneys, inspectors, or other agents.
Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients, our team, or others.
Business changes. In connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization of our business, subject to this policy.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Georgia Move Realty at the number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology. These messages may include responses to your inquiry, appointment and showing coordination, listing updates, and market information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.

We may use a tracking tool provided by our CRM (Follow Up Boss) that connects your activity on the Site, such as pages and properties viewed, to your contact record after you submit a form, so our agents can better assist you.
