A low split, because you’re the one earning it. We want to earn what we take, and no more.

We’re building something together over time, and we want this to be a team you never want to leave. We go over the numbers when we meet.

  • Zillow Flex leads. Work Zillow buyers and sellers the way Zillow Flex agents do.
  • Your sales, your credit. Keep full credit for your transactions if you wish.
  • No dual agency, and you still get paid. When a buyer you’ve shown wants to make an offer on your listing, refer them to a teammate and earn a referral fee.
